The membership it works in the case of a purchase I made gave me enough time to know that the scooter I buy it will failed so, i gave me the chance to returned the purchase

This was purchased due to the the previous trust gained from interacting with various geek squad personnel and aid with previous purchases when a previous Best Buy membership was in effect. You were the best with several installations and in aid with both cell phone and computer upgrades.

This membership has saved me time and money for everything from my schooling equipment to daily needs! Plus their service members are amazing! I would definitely recommend to other college students and definitely younger students as well. This also encompasses the best buy for college students package!

This membership is very beneficial. However, I do not like the fact that the member has to constantly price watch and then initiate the rebate/refund. This activity should be automatic.

I recently signed up for Best Buy's Plus Membership program, and so far I've been really pleased with the benefits. The free shipping alone has saved me quite a bit of money, and the extended return window is also a nice perk. I also like that I get early access to certain sales and exclusive member-only deals. The membership fee is definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy frequently and want to save some money in the long run. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to join the program.

The annual cost was minimal and I have already saved three times the cost with lower prices on items within 60 days. When presented with the option to purchase My Best Buy Plus membership, I thought just another upsell that is a money grab. I was wrong and now glad that I purchased it.

It's great having the safety of trying out items longer than the normal return time, plus you can always cancel the membership and get it prorated if needed.

Not worth the annual fee. You show up to buy something and you get very little in terms of discount. Points from past purchases are deleted too soon. Any benefit of a longer return privilege is offset by being treated badly when returning an item. Amazon.com has what I need at same or better price, doesn't hassle me over returns and doesn't delete earned credits. Due to mistreatment during a recent return at the store, I will not be buying anything from BB for a very long time and, actually, have cancelled the membership and requested that my account be deleted.

I am not sure how often I will be using this service! Time will tell.

Delivery was on time and we were noticed before their arrival. The people were polite and we asked them to move the item a bit to keep it safe from the dings knocking it over. They were nice about stepping back into the house to move it off to the side.

If you love tech and find yourself going to Best Buy often then this is a no brainer. There is crazy good deals and more time to return items if you don't like or need them.

Geek Squad delivered my LG G4 TV and installed on my wall expertly. They were friendly and did a superior job setting it up, explaining everything about it and cleaned up.
