I didn't think I wanted this membership, but changed my mind and bought it. Within the first few weeks I was able to save almost $300. The item I bought went on sale and they credited our account. I am very happy I took out this membership.

The staff answered all my questions regarding my brand new MacBook. They were super helpful in choosing the laptop best for my needs.

I recently purchased an LG C4 65” TV and soundbar. I needed some advice a few days after the purchase so I went to the store to ask some questions. The rep that sold me the merchandise wasn’t there so I asked another associate about the settings. He told me that he couldn’t help me because the tv wasn’t in front of him. I asked if there was somebody else that could help me. He said he was the most experienced associate there. He asked me if I YouTubed it for help. I told him yes and that I had been through all the settings. He actually said, “then I don’t know what to tell you. Bring it back for another soundbar.” What a great representative for your company. He was useless and arrogant. I guess he was too experienced to help me. He’s also the same guy that I interrupted a conversation I was having with the original associate when I initially made the purchase. He butted right in without even an excuse me. He’s very rude. My original sales person was great. This clown I spoke to later was awful.

It’s a good company in Waterloo Iowa and I trust them when seeing the options of my needs at home. The employees seem to know some outline of the products or honest enough to check guidelines within Best Buy data.

Good prices and rewards for members, employees are cur courteous and professional always greeting the customer.

Honestly when buying tech products I shy away from Amazon. Need to return easily. Have it for a while see if it works. So yeah its good. Managers have some freedom with swaps of under warranty stuff so I'm pretty pleased.
