I'm happy having my membership card easy to use easy to use

I really like the extended 90 day return window, but I hate that any time I get some sort of "coupon", they always expire before I want to use them! Give us at least 6 mo to use these reward discounts!

Geek Squad was helpful as usual with quick assessment of issue & fixed it.

Got it cause it saved me money on my purchase. Probably wont renew.

Save your money. This is not worth it. This membership has removed deals that it had previously, Additionally, I've found no prices in this membership that Amazon didn't have. The "drops" are few and far between and even then they're so niche that I highly doubt you'd get more than 1 or 2 items a year that might interest you and even then the savings are miniscule. My first order with Best Buy Plus said that it would be one-day shipping. I understand that, during the holidays, there can be shipping delays. However, a shipping label was created but nothing happened which usually means that the order has stalled in the warehouse. After 3 days of checking tracking, I finally contacted BB support who said that the order could not be cancelled and that it would be arriving almost a full 2 weeks after I purchased it. The very same day the order changed from preparing to "shipped" and said that it would arrive the next day. The next day, the package arrived. When I pulled the items out of the box, the iPad had very clear signs of tampering and it looked like someone had tried to break the corner of the box to remove the item. If you haven't been following BB for the recent years, they've made some adjustments with their new CEO that prioritize their profits and bottom-line rather than creating a business that runs well and treats customers with respect. My Best Buy Plus and Total are transparently a ripoff designed the make customers pay for deals and temporary certificates that expire in 30 days - just enough time for the regular consumer to forget about them and not use them. The previous MyBestBuy program was superior but didn't make the shareholders happy enough. Don't give BB money for a service we used to have for free. I know I regret buying it even if they were offering $25 off the $50 membership.

good for any service you need, covered or not. it is a good priority if you need any response. I will buy it if i need any new repair

What can I say. The 60 day extension return policy alone is worth the price. That alone is something not even Amazon does!! Returns are a breeze online or at store. Also remember, if there is a price drop within those 60 days, you will be able to get the price difference! So double the opportunity. Other then that, Membership pricing is also incredible. Most, if not all of the time, beating the major competitors. I've already saved alot from membership pricing as well as sales price as membership pricing is on top of the sales price.

This helps save money every time we shop at Best Buy.

Definitely worth having it around. So much easier to ensure your devices are charged without taking up all outlets.

The membership pays for itself with the access to GeekSquad support. I should also mention my experience with Cameron at the St Peters, MO store was phenomenal. He is an absolute gem of an employee and you guys are lucky to have him!

The membership is totally worth it, especially if you usually get the geek squad warranty coverage on the tech you buy like me.
