We visited Best Buy in Mansfield looking for a TV. We had something in mind, but the sales person (Robert) took a lot of time with us, asking questions about our needs, showing us options and different deals. We ended up buying something different, but it was a much better deal than the one we were going to buy. Our membership gave us an additional $100 off. We were very impressed with the personnel.

Great plan to have. It saves you money along with the flexibility to see if hiya really like a product that you purchased with the option to return it within in 60 days. A must have when you are not sure about an item Highly recommended.

Being a member doesn’t give you anything worth while unless you’re constant buying items from Beat Buy, which I believe most people aren’t doing. I’d rather have free installation or extended warranties.

This plan provides no extra value for me. It’ll be nice if we earn rewards on purchases.

I purchased the my Best Buy plus membership during the right time. During all of the Black Friday deals, I was able to save more that what I would originally pay for. Membership deals are always nice and fasted shipping is always appreciated.

Best But has always been my "Go To" store for everything from Appliances to Electronics. The Membership program is fantastic including flexible financing options, excellent warranty protection, quality products, and preview of upcoming sales. Loyal customer for 14 years.

We were promised $50 gift card total b/c of $600+ dollar purchase. Only got one $25 gift card. Clearly sales reps get $$ incentives for selling this membership that really isn’t needed for a TV. We were not happy with our pushy sales reps — totally unnecessary when we walked in the store knowing exactly what TV we wanted after doing research. Because our exact model wasn’t on the floor, they tried to push other models instead of going to check if our favored model was in stock. After 20 + min of that, then they finally checked — and surprise! — they had one. After that the BBPlus sales push started……really? Totally unnecessary!!!!!
