Good value at a good price, got an extra discount on a device in offer, extra $100, the membership was $50 for a year so in reality we got an extra $50 in discount and the membership for a year, some good discounts in gear every now and then as a plus member.

Shopped for freezer--nice selection and good prices. Ordered freezer and it was delivered in excellent condition. At the appointed time. I love my freezer and the prompt attention I received in-store. Paperwork was a breeze thanks to the knowledgeable employee who helped us.

The cost of the 1 year membership was paid back in 2 purchases via the members only savings on items I had already planned on buying that year, so it was a no brainer. In addition to the savings the extended return period was also nice to have even if I didn’t have to use it.

Purchased the My Best Buy Plus membership because it cut the cost of my new computer by more than the cost of membership. Haven't really used any other of the benefits yet.

I like the price matching option Unfortunately, my laptop model hasn't gone on sale in order for me to take advantage of the price matching offer. Murphy's law will probably apply and tge laptop will go on sale after tge price matching period ends.

Great membership that provides deals and services that are worthy of the price

I bought the membership two years ago. I was reluctant to set up auto renew. Today, I noticed that it auto-renewed a couple of weeks ago for the upcoming year. I went online and reviewed my savings from the membership, which was about $102 over the past two years. That covered the membership fee. Now, my purchases are becoming fewer and fewer. I decided to cancel the membership. As expected, Best Buy believes that they "earned" the remainder of this year's membership fee. They would not refund the amount that they debited from my account in advance. They were happy to cancel the membership, but a refund was not possible. The end result is that I paid $49.99 for $0 savings this year. Not setting foot in Best Buy in the future and not recommending their membership. The savings are minimal and the no refund policy, when combined with auto renew, is a bad business practice.

Ive saved a lot of money due to the membership totally worth it

Having a membership comes with member prices. The best buy employee who helped me, his customer service was top notch. He told me if i sign up for the membership before purchasing the Samsung Flip 5, it will be $100 off the orginal price. Its so worth it. I highly recommend Best Buy customers to get a membership not only to save money on purchases, but also the other great perks you get with membership.

This membership will pay for itself when I purchase a new TV. It has previously been worth the membership with some expensive purchases.

Buy more than one thing a year and this membership will pay for itself. Especially love the extended 60 day return period.

I have not had to use this as yet, buts it's nice to have as a an assurance the problems will be resolved.

I purchased the membership to take advantage of a deal. I'm not sure of what other benefits I get. I'm hoping members get a lot more offering, especially for Black Friday. Can't say it's bad, but I don't get a lot of notifications of special events for members.

So far I haven't used my membership, but will be soon for some technology purchases.

This membership is of great value with best deals in town. Added support from Greek, making it more attractive.
