I purchased a tablet for my wife for Christmas and from the time I entered the store I was offered assistance and directed to the correct area. The staff member was helpful, and I was out of the store in a timely manner.

Honestly other than my initial purchase I have not needed to use the membership. It was very helpful in either deferring interest for 2 years on my big purchase or getting a discount on that purchase.

Membership is pretty decent for the extended return window and pricing but the pricing really only affects computers, tablets, phones, and aceessories not so much deals on TVs or appliances. Just wish for better deals in those areas but overall pretty decent.

I purchased this as I was making a major iPad purchase - it seemed to get me better pricing. Honestly, even though I am a long-time customer, I’m not sure what benefit I get from My Best Buy Plus.

I like that Best Buy does give more value than other stores. Wish that they can give more options to get the 5090

No real perks to this, just a way to get more money from customers, no exclusivity beyond what any other customers can have for waiting in line like everyone else. No real reason to renew.

Best Buy Plus is the real deal. Real value, real discounts.

I like the membership because if I check very regularly on an item purchased I can get the difference on what I paid and what the lower price is within 90 days of purchase. I'm disappointed Best Buy did away with the rewards program on purchases.
