Exclusive pricing and events have not been appealing so far. Customer service still hasn't resolved a billing issue (going on for 2 months). Besides the one issue, a good program.

Within a couple of weeks, the laptop dropped in price and I was able to get the difference credited to my card. Very pleasant experience.
