If I need to use this membership policy than I would say that it is worth it. Better safe than sorry

If and when I need a product from Best Buy, I should use the Best Buy Plus to lower my purchase.

This membership is a real value. I get to know about member only sales and savings! I love the feature that lets you know what will be dropping in the days ahead, so you don't have to worry about missing that special item you have been waiting to go on sale! I don't know why more people don't take advantage of Best Buy Plus Membership...they are missing out!

It's very beneficial. It's marketed professionally and easy to follow, worth every penny!

I did not realize that was a automatic renewal. And when I tried to cancel over the phone, I got nowhere! I finally did it via email. Hopefully. Not a good experience.

I get notified of deals ahead of time and there are certain items that I get an additional discount on. I purchased the membership when I was buying an item that offered a drastic discount with the membership so it basically paid for itself.

Worth the extra protection alone. I felt safe knowing my new laptop was covered way past the original warranty.

This is only valuable if you don't try to do anything online or by phone, and can come into a store. Online, what I assume was an AI chatbot was completely incapable of doing anything and was the only option available, which was a horrible experience. When I called (and which tried to reroute me to online) and finally reached a person, I was told that I got some "bundle" (that I didn't get) and so my price of a product couldn't be adjusted to the current price from Best Buy itself. Fortunately, when I went into a store, the people there were able to help me, but it was a hassle. I'm going to cancel my membership and plan to avoid ever using Best Buy online, for purchases or customer support.

Have yet to see any real value. I wouldn't call them perks, just paying for what would come standard as in not a 14 day period return policy with an unbelievable stipulations. What's more is the pricing is never "good" or a deal as this is far surpassed in payments elsewhere, especially the warranties. By the time is all said and done, you're hundreds to thousands of dollars more with difficulty of returning or replacement and this is with everything from computers to stereos, tvs. Stuff that has plagued Best Buy for decades before Amazon and the IoT. It was more you don't know and they play on people's ignorance. Other issues, they make you feel like you're getting a great deal and that they are somewhat of a specialty store carrying anything, but they don't and simple things too. I wish it was worth it, I have to use it. Just re-upped last year, certain is was going to be worth it... I've been shopping at Best Buy since the mod 90s. 29 years.. and it's more dismal than ever and they know this.

The membership allows me to find products for less money.

In theory it sounded really great. But really, we're not shopping at Best Buy enough to make this worthwhile. Best Buy has mostly large ticket items so we didn't shop enough to accumulate any meaningful rewards. When the store was stocked with music and dvds I visited often and spent money in store regularly, but now I'm not at Best Buy unless I need a major appliance like a computer, tv, vacuum etc. I'm curious to know what others are buying to make this membership more worthwhile.

Best Buy has the best prices and a wide selection for all my tech needs. It is my go-to for tech shopping.
