Doesn't matter if I change the password or follow any steps outlined, it just refuses to acknowledge any attempt. Always the same message : "we're experiencing technical issues, please try again later." I managed to login 1 time and set up everything, however since that date... just garbage.

We also purchased the membership that offers us annual discounts and added a brand new samsung washer and dryer! Thinking of buying a playstation 5 with all the bells and whistles. Membership is a must gotta-have-it!
