Been having this membership a few wks but so far it has surpassed its value. Its great

It works fine now just hard to set up. The problem was we have a second printer and it kept interfering with this one to set up so we had to unplug the one we had and then set this one up now it works great.

I love how you guys do the best oh as you guys can you guys always find ways to get what you need to do and every time when I come to Best buy I feel welcome and I are and I also be and in a welcome spirit.

I find that the benefits have been rather less than I expected, I purchased this membership when I was trying to buy a camera, which Best Buy completely screwed up the delivery and I was unable to use it in Jamaica for my trip. I had to go to Amazon and procure the camera in time. By the way, I even attempted to buy a second camera from Best Buy with certain delivery requirements which initially Best Buy suggested you could deliver on by a certain date and of course, you all messed that one up as well. So I have returned both cameras and , wish now that I hadn’t spent the money for this membership. I’m truly sorry because there are times that I truly enjoy Best Buy, but at this moment, I really am unhappy with you and can only repeat how Best Buy screwed up to camera purchases in a two week. Period and you were unable to deliver either anywhere close to what you had committed to on the original purchase. I don’t feel special by Best Buy and maybe that’s not your goal anymore. I hope things improve overtime, but for now I will look elsewhere for purchases only because you caused an enormous amount of stress for my wife Over this camera purchase. I won’t go into the details on this, but I certainly gave your manager in Buford Georgia and earful. I was professional. I was nice, but he even admitted that Best Buy delivery dates cannot be trusted. I’m happy to talk to anyone if you care to reach out and find out the details.

We purchased this membership when we purchased a new TV. Unfortunately, we really don't need to buy a lot of electronics or appliances, so this has not been very useful to us.

IT A GREAT VALUE NOT JUST FOR ME . BUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY WE LOVE BEST BUY/ BB FOR THE HOLIDAYS, ALL OF OUR TECH HAS COME FROM BB AND WE LOVE THERE SERVICE, HOWEVER, SOME STORES HAVE BETTER STOCK THAN OTHERS.

This membership has been great! it is not that expensive for the savings that I have made. I am a college student and I feel that thus has really ben helpful in my spending and saving money! I would also like to add that if there was something that I did not understand about the membership someone was really great and explained it to bme!
