Cannot cancel membership online without contacting customer support. Trying to cancel the membership online always gives a fake "we ran in to an issue" and forces you to contact customer support to cancel so that they can try to persuade you to keep the membership. This is not how memberships should work. Learn from Amazon's example.

Best Buy has been my go-to place for appliances and electronics. I recently moved to my new home and furnished it, so I don't need too many more toys now. But I do enjoy my membership because it lets me know of special bargains. I saw a couple things I thought I could do without but now will end up buying more at my local store. Great advertising, great membership benefits.

I recently signed up for this membership to take advantage of another offer. The My Best Buy Plus membership easily more than paid for itself and within a month I was already saving more money on additional purchases. This is a subscription I will now renew for life.

While a member of MY BEST BUY PLUS I purchased a new washer and dryer. 45 days after the purchase the dryer it quit working. Standard response by Best Buy was to refer me to Geek Squad for repair, but due to my membership Which allows for a no questions asked return or replacement I am receiving a new dryer! Good job Best Buy....
