I could not access to my account because at the moment of the purchase on 5th Avenue I told the attendant (i think her name was Joylene) that I did not have a USA phone number and she filled the form with "any number" which she did not tell me. Please help me to figure this out

Well this thing pays for itself. Every time i turn around its more beneficial to have the membership

Membership was great and saved me money for the year I was a member. The reason I canceled membership is because it was on my business account and I may retire soon and did not want the annual renewal charged to my business account after I retire.

Joined just to get the discount on a large (refrigerator) purchase. Subsequently, had to repair a laptop I purchased at BestBuy. I had a $50 credit, which I used to reduce the cost of the repair. Disappointed to see that the credit was not applied to the repair--probably my bad for not pressing the tech when he rang it up.

The sales associate was nimble and knowledgeable. The laptop I wanted was not longer on a sales promotion; he found another better laptop on promotion. It was the last one! I was thrilled. Thank you so much

In some cases, it is useful since there are discounts on certain product/s. So what is the use of buying it directly from the shop and paying more in THAT CASE it comes in handy.

I have not been able to log into my account. I believe because both my husband and I have accounts. At the store they couldn’t do it together on the day I wanted. I then struggled at home and finally went in again to have them try and my points had expired. :(. I like the rewards but seem hard to use

It has been difficult getting the support needed, and more difficult visiting the store who refers you to 800 number. Schedules service appointment never arrived. Program is good for new installation services.

This membership is a value, in my opinion. I especially like the member prices, geek squad support and purchase protection.

Not the best membership I’ve gotten at a retail provider, especially considering that you have to pay for it, but it has saved me some money so not a total waste. I just don’t shop here enough, but if you do it may be worth it

Our salesman was professional, kind, and friendly. When asked questions about the range, he knew the information needed. He was patient at the checkout as I needed to unlock my credit in order to apply for the Best Buy credit card!

I purchased an apple computer and got a great deal from this plan! They always have some deal going on to make it worth your while.
