Sales rep was great - very knowledgeable and explained several options. I’d recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for Audio / visual equipment. With price matching we already were redeemed the amount paid for the membership.

I've hesitated to join a membership, but after joining and receiving very helpful advice and access to discounts I probably should have joined earlier.

I received a lot of helpful information the day I purchased my tv. The gentleman that helped me told me about the membership and how it would save me money and it has. He was very professional and well knowledgeable about the tvs.

While the purchase of the apple watch and protective cover were efficient, the placement if the protective face cover was poorly done resulting in several air bubbles.

So far the membership has already paid itself in discounts and rewards and I couldn’t have asked for more.

This was a great purchase I made. I love that you can pay it off in a year with no interest rate

If you shop at Best Buy a lot, I think this membership has some great value. Back in the day you’d get a perk if you spent a certain amount annually at BB. That went away and was replaced by a paid membership. If you’re shopping at Best Buy, you can pretty quickly get a dollar for dollar return on your investment. For the money, yes I’d recommend it.

I feel since your new CEO took over Best Buy has done a terrible job in regards to its customers. I use to spend $100k a year with this company now i spend more like $5k-$10k a year. The rewards program you use to have that rewarded loyal customers was done away with and now you charge customers to allow a savings, pay to save. Its pathetic, the whole membership thing is pathetic. Best Buy should change its name to Can't Buy, since everytime you go into a store nothing is ever in stock then your told you can order it. I can order stuff myself online i don't need Best Buy to do that what i do need is for Best Buy to stock their inventory or close your useless store locations. So i would never recommend a Membership for Best Buy, its taking advantage of people.

Very supportive staff who has clear knowledge on the products they sell.The membership is extremely useful on exclusive deals. There are reviews about Best Buy not being supportive, being a customer for over 10 years since I moved to the US, I have never had any issues and best customer service every single time.

I probably won’t renew, other than extended returns there has been no real benefit. Every “plus” price is readily available without any membership at competing stores, which also offer 30-60 day returns by default. I didn’t receive a single perk like coupons or certificates that non plus members did. Looks like members are already part of the paying system so we don’t matter much. With AppleCare+ in the next tier up, it’s worth it if you get all your Apple devices from Best Buy, but I’d say that’s an exception.
