I like the discounted pricing for Best Buy Plus members, but once I became a member, it's not always clear how much of a discount there is due to the membership, vs. other sales going on.

This was a great investment, I think everyone would be happy with the money I have saved so far and its only 2 weeks of saving.

This membership has been extremely useful numerous times already! Price match up to 60 days later is awesome!

The Samsung Frame 55" seems like superb TV. There might be some inconveniences imposed by Samsung wanting "snare" their users but so far these seem relatively minor.

Absolutely good service and merchandise. Best Buy has been my go to for all things electronic.

I hesitate to jump into subscriptions that I won't take full advantage of that justifies the cost, but Best Buy has been my #1 stop since forever. I really enjoy the perks of My Best Buy Plus with exclusive deals and discounts that more than pay for the membership fee. It's good to be in good hands.

The membership helped me a lot to purchase items that i couldn't afford without the membership

The membership is a great deal has come in handy for me several times my only complaint is when i need Geek Squad support they send 3rd party people and im happy with them.

The main reason we purchased this membership was because it saved us over $100 on the delivery of our big TV. That alone made it well worth the price.

I bought this membership because it was $50 and it got me $50 off a laptop, so I figured I'd break even and see if it got me any more value over the course of the next year. I did not benefit from it even once after the initial purchase, and there's no way I'd ever consider this a good value to keep paying for. Basically, if you can get your money's worth at the time you pay for a year of this then do it, but don't expect to find much, if any, ongoing value here.

Perfect service, and perfect way to deliver my package

bought the best buy plus when I bought my new tv 30 days later they lowered the price on the tv I had just bought contacted customer service was refunded the difference a few days later just for that the plan is worth it

Wasn’t sure if this was going to be something I wanted. But so far it has been a great purchase. I have already saved almost $100 on items I bought. There is some real savings with the membership. I would recommend getting a membership.

Great management team. They went over and beyond to fix an issue toy account that was made in error by another store. Very appreciative of their understanding and professionalism

I haven't really taken much advantage of this membership, but knowing I have it gives me a sense of security that if I need anything from Best Buy, I will be accommodated.

Real value. Especially if you use it a lot. Would consider doing it for large purchases again

My plus membership is awesome, I recommend every one to have it.

So far this has saved me money but I sure wish a sales associate had recommended this to me long ago. Best Buy is my “go to” store for computers, iPads, printers, tvs and appliances and it took one smart sales associate, John, when I was buying IPhone necessities to recommend it! Thank you, John, you have been so helpful!

We have used our new computer tower and anti virus a number of times. No complaints

I like having extra offers from the membership. It add value to Best Buy.
