Absolutely love Best Buy! The only place I go to for all electronic purchases, all employees are well educated in their departments. Which makes me feel comfortable and confident in choosing the right products. There are extra saving. Some being at least $50 alone (seen on macbook air when comparing to regular sale price). One wish i hope for is being able to see full price, sale price, then membership price.

Had an issue with my tv, one store was giving me problems. I was told by the customer service to try another. So glad I did the Best Buy in Snellville, Ga! The manager was understanding and solved our issue. Thank you

Although I recall purchasing the membership, I do not recall the reason I did so - it was probably sold as a promotion with an item I purchased. Since then, I have not used the membership and really can't tell you a single service or benefit that is included as part of the membership. I suspect it has some value if one encounters trouble with devices, but you probably have to own (and pay) for a longer period of time to find any benefit on average.

Automatic Savings and Discounts makes being a member, basically free! If your a Best Buy customer or just that person that wants the newest and vest tech out, get a Total Best Buy membership! You'll be the first one with everything you want, the customer appreciation you wish you had now and the assurance on lowest price including the extended return policy.. It's been a huge WIN WIN for me and my family

The access to Geek Squad support is great to have - you never know when you will need it, and you will probably need it for something. Also, purchasing this membership allowed me to get a discount on the main product I was purchasing at the same time, and the discount was more than what I had to pay for this membership, so the membership was in effect free - it was a no-brainer to get.

When I purchased my wife’s ipad they offered me a discount that more than covered the cost of the membership. Since then I’ve saved a good amount of money on random items. I recommend doing this in similar circumstances

I purchased this item for public presentations that I intend to give later this year. I have used it once so far and have found it entirely satisfactory.
