I bought a fridge, dude didn't even tell me about the membership, didn't even explain anything to me, didn't even tell me I was going to be charged or there was a yearly subscription, he just sneakily put it on the full charge, only when I saw my itemized bill a few days later that I noticed. I was so upset.

After getting several quotes to upgrade my laptop, I went with best buy geek squad which was covered in this package! I have all the benfits of 2 month return policy and price matching with a hands on technical support on upgrading! I just found out they do ps5 upgrades as well so I will be sliding by this weekend to upgrade to 4tb.

I was alerted by a store employee about the Plus membership. I thought I had the top tier membership but little did I know that there was another one. It just makes sense it you purchase electronics, gadgets and small appliances! It just makes sense!!!

saves more than the cost of the membership in a few weeks. Also liked the 60-day price adjustment. However, the phone representative was hard to understand and told them they weren't eligible for a refund.

I’ve had to return 2 TVs and been on the phone with Total Care and each time is very pleasant. They customer service agents are knowledgeable and want to help you with your issue. They actually seem to truly care and want to fix any issues and they made sure I was happy. There isn’t anything bad I can say. This is a game changer and I’ll continue to keep this service!
