Waiting to see the rewards before giving 5 stars. I bought a new system and if the $20 for every $150 spent works without much fuss, I'll update to 5 stars. I think $50 for a year is a good price, but would have preferred a monthly option as I dont shop at here as much as I used to. I hope the deals convince me more, but time will tell.

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus membership for a few months now, and it’s absolutely worth it. The free 2-day shipping alone has saved me so much time (and money), especially during the holidays. The exclusive member deals have also paid for the membership pretty quickly—there have been a few times where I saved $30–$50 on tech just for being a member. I also love the extended return window and the added convenience for tech support. As someone who shops Best Buy pretty regularly for everything from laptops to smart home gear, the peace of mind and extra perks make this a no-brainer. If you shop Best Buy more than a couple times a year, My Best Buy Plus practically pays for itself. Highly recommend!

You need to get them membership. It’s extremely worth it in return timing alone and shows real value from Best Buy to its costumers.

The membership is very nice to have. I like it because it gives you an extra long return and price match window after purchase. They also give you good deals and gift certificates online.

I appreciate the value received from my membership. I think it will be helpful to know all the perks in an easy format so that it can easily be utilized

It is a great membership to have if you like new home decor for home and kitchen. Like microwave, air fryer, PlayStation and other appliances.

When I bought this it came with a $50 reward gift card. Whose value I'd lose if I returned the item I used it to help buy. That really sucked! I bought a computer chair and paid $50 of the cost with the gift card. The chair arrived with damage, a scrape in the artificial leather. It's seat was way to hard to sit in. Since I'd lose the $50 gift card value if I returned the piece of junk I didn't. It'll be in the dumpster when I find a decent replacement! As to the plan I found it covered a couple things that did save me some expense. I do wish it have covered finding out why a brand new $1300 Dell laptop occasionally froze in boot-up. That I did take back the same week but would rather of had the problem the problem fixed. It was a great laptop once it did boot up! Best Buy lost major money because it was returned! .

So far it's been more than worth it. I have recived some price matching, was able to breck up a big purchase, and even got 50 dollars in bonus rewards.

Very happy with my Nest Smart Thermostat. Also, was extremely pleased with the installer. Every time I have had the Geek Squad I was 100%+++ pleased with them.

I am hoping this will get to the right people. My husband and I were just in your Holland Ohio store and made a purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock. Jose was such an amazing young man, he along with many others worked together to find us the perfect fridge that we could pick up the next day. He was so apologetic for the time it was taking, I had to tell him no more apologizing. We get it and just appreciate how above and beyond he was going for us. I worked in retail management for 30 years. I know exactly the pressure he must've been feeling and wanted him to know that with us there was no need, but, he cared so much he couldn't just relax and not do all he could to get us that fridge. He was so amazing, the whole team was. The next day we went to Southfield MI to pick up the Refrigerator. Right from the start the young lady who waited on us at the counter quickly asked for assistance and within minutes a team was there to help load. These young men were so polite, friendly, and all around happy. I wish I had got all their names. The one even was concerned that the freon needed to be upright which showed me he had knowledge. The main thing my husband and I both took from these two visits is how happy each team seems to be. One team could be great management, both teams tells me great culture from higher up too. I work for Edward Jones now and I too know the luxury of working for a company with amazing culture for its team. I felt the same thing in each of those stores. I can't wait to tell others about how amazing those young men were. How awesome of an experience it was in both stores. How great it was to see a young team proving that age is nothing, we each as individuals choose our work ethics and they all choose to excel and work hard in life. I would love to see where they each end up in life. You have assets in them all!!

I have found thus membership very halpful in maintaining real cost savings abd service in the way we spend discretionary dollars.

It’s great rewards and I like the customer service on the app. However, the deals are okay and the reward certificates take too long too post. The extended price match is the best benefit.

The inclusions in this membership is great! I enjoyed the perks however I ended up upgrading to Total membership for a wider coverage on my devices/ tech stuff. Otherwise, this is enough for me.

I think it's one of the best decisions I've ever made; you can really see the savings. The first month, with some of the purchases I had to make, I was able to save more than $500, and on top of that, they gave me $150 back for having my membership. sales rep helped us make the best decision for our budget. However, I don't think I needed to buy the office package as my old office transferred to my new lap top. Not sure if I will benefit from the membership as I don't buy frequently enough.
