I was able to replace my ipad at the 59 days since i got some network issues and they help me to install the screen protector Also theres a lot of discounts that they have for a lot of products

The benefits are solid, especially the free shipping and extended product return window. The price is right as well for these perks, and while I do wish it had some of the perks from back in the day with the Best Buy gaming membership, I can't argue the current value. Definitely worth getting if the the Total Tech membership isn't of interest to you or is too pricey.

Told us we should get it delivered in 2-3 days; a week later we called to find out it had never been ordered! Picked it up at the store; merchandise is fine, but the salesman obviously didn’t do his job, and didn’t explain things well.

Liked the older rewards system better I think

Do like the website and use best buy for most of my electronics, very convenient in that aspect

It was an older model that was certain to get clearance priced within the 60 day window. It did, and even with the cost of buying the Plus plan, I saved over $200 on the price match. We'll see in a year whether it's worth renewing.
