I truly love shopping at Best Buy. I have never not found what I was looking for when I shop in their stores. Myriad of products catering to everyone in my family irrespective of our electronic needs. I am a Beat Buy member for life. Membership perks are amazing I enjoy getting those rewards notifications. Keeps me coming back.

Can't say I care for having to pay for a membership when I was an Elite Plus member prior to this program. But for what it's worth it seems to be accomplishing its goal. Memberships I feel are not very ethical since they offer prices to members lower than non-members. It's basically charging people extra who may be more privacy conscious. Doesn't seem fair to basically overcharge people who don't share their data or spending habits for the company. And to charge people on top of that? Just a bit shady. But that's the world we live in I guess.

This membership has saved me many times when I run into a problem with old, used or just cheap electronics, hair dryers and gaming consoles. Whenever you need a new one they have what you need. Great quality products for even better deals. I definitely think the savings this membership has earned me are a great decision.

Good price on items purchased but had a little issue contacting salesman after purchase

worth the cost if you are buying anything of real value like a computer or other electronic item or appliance. Will pay for itself on the first use and then you have it for the next 12 months.

Overall we are satisfied. One issue is that the refrigerator delivered was damaged and had to return and then had to setup delivery all over again.

I feel like this was a rip off. I was talked into purchasing because I needed to transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone, which I was led to believe would be worth the cost. It was extremely easy and was not necessary at all.
