So far my experience has far exceeded my expectations. The assistance from the geek squad has been AMAZING and managing my purchases have been so easy. Wow. Well done, Best Buy! I never thought I would be one of those people who would say, "Get the Membership!" But if you're investing in electronics, you absolutely should.

The membership was great because you received unlimited deals that others don’t receive. You also get access to deals that are tailored to you. What I love the most is that your return dates are extended as well.

The flash sales are exciting. The 60 day return window alone is worth the 150 lol. It makes remorse purchase returns for me less likely. Since i feel less preassured. Usually by 60 days ive decided to keep it!

The membership is good to have it helps with protection of your items. You get special pricing so saving money is always a big help. And don't forget about the Geek squad support is big too. So far, I love it

Purchased a new iPad and transferred my music over from my old iPad to my new one. My music never transferred over. I am not a happy camper.

I’ve liked having my regular membership. To be honest when Best Buy changed the memberships into these new Hybrids, I wasn’t too thrill about the whole thing. However, looking at the sales and seeing member special pricing, makes the VIP come back to life. Everyone loves discounts!!!

My membership affords me extra savings on products I use often and random items I purchase. I have free delivery (usually 2 day) and since I've joined I would say the membership paid for itself with the savings.

We bought a 85" Samsung Frame TV and the service was outstanding. The two installers sent out with the TV were the best. They went over and above to install our TV and really knew what they were doing. They were oustanding!
