I had bought and returned 2 other laptops at another well known store- both within 1 month. I finally went to BestBuy and purchased a Dell PC. Getting the BestBuy + membership gave me peace of mind that I had 60 days to return. I was very happy with the laptop and even got it at a better price than the previous store.

I would encourage everyone to purchase the Membership plus. It allows for an extended time for you to return any purchases (up to 60 days). You get special pricing on select items that can save you money. You also receive special offers on items throughout the Best Buy store or online. I will continue to purchase this amazing value every year. It’s worth it.

This membership is a great value. I also love that I’m constantly being reassured that if I have any questions or problems I will get the answers and help I need

I bought this membership because a Best Buy virtual employee told me that a best buy plus membership allows you access to high demand items early. I am a Pokemon fan and it is really hard to obtain pokemon product nowadays. I later found out that this is not the case. High demand pokemon products can be accesed by anyone who has any type of Best Buy account. Not only that you do not get early access to high demand products like Pokemon Products early. I was lied to by an employee which made caused me to purchase this membership. So far I do not see any benefit to having this membership at all. People who pay for a Best Buy plus membership should definitely have access to a product earlier than a regular membership. At least 15 - 30 minutes would be sufficient. I do not appreciate being lied to into purchasing a Best Buy plus membership. I have not seen any benefits from having this membership whatsoever. And when i speak to a customer service representative they see I am a Best Buy plus member but are of no help. This is my honest review. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of benefits this membership provides. Please fix it so that Best Buy Plus members have early access at least 15-30 minutes earlier for high demand products on the best buy app for online drops such as for electronics and pokemon products. It is ridiculous that this is not already a benefit of the membership. Thank you.

We found the BB Membership to be of considerable value, especially in the purchasing of furnishing our new home with multiple TV's, entertainment centers and other items to increase our enjoyment of a new home. Just knowing that Best Buy stands behind all of our purchases from them gives us a sense of security and appreciation because of their reputation for customer satisfaction.

TV works great, but getting it here and the 'help" on the phone wazms not good
