I cannot say enough good things about the employees that assisted me! I got a computer that will do all I need it to do, and was not pestered to buy "additional coverage", or additional items! I got the membership because I will be back, and... Membership has its perks!

Got a Refund

Never could get signed in despite at least 2 calls to tech support / customer service. First person couldn't help me, forwarded me to another person who said someone would let me know when the issue was resolved. Never heard back after several days. Tried to log in again, the same problems, nothing was fixed. Went to the store for a refund and had to talk to customer service on the phone have the membership cancelled and my money returned. It may work well for some, but it didn't work at all for me.
