Terrible! Best Buy doesnt even answer their phone anymore. I called my local store in California to schedule a stereo speaker repair. I was routed to India, then to another call Center in Illinois. 7 minutes later they said they have no way to access the local store but I could stop by around 330pm and they MIGHT be able to get me in for service. A year ago I bought a washer dryer from best buy. It took 4 tries to install the washer dryer. They made a mistake and several days later I noticed water inder my bathroom tiles. Best buy dis NOTHING to rectify the situatiom. They blamed the outsourced install teams, and since there were four, they all blamed each other. I ended up having my homeowners insurance take care of it. Half of my hardwood dloors had to be replaced, all of my belongings had to be removed and placed in storage. It was about $20k in damages. BestBuy isn't good anymore! Cancelling membership! Dont ever trust their installers!! Hire a plumber or just install it yourself

When I purchased the membership, I got a great deal on the item I was buying at the time. As I left I noticed there were several items on sale and was excited to come back and shop around. When I returned about 1 month later however, there were almost no items on sale, or perhaps I just couldn’t find them. Either way, I feel like they could be advertised better in-store to encourage buyers like me to take a closer look. The online deals were great, no notes on those.

Worth it, just get it. Ive saved over $150 inthe first week alone and get very nice exclusive deals.

This plan seems to definitely have advantages, if you plan to order somewhat often fro Best Buy.

Literally the only company subscription I pay for, I buy everything for my pc here at BestBuy, it’s good to know I can just go to the store to purchase and upgrade or ship it to my house within a few days!

I've only had this for about a month and really haven't had a chance to use it but I do notice that several items I am interested in are specifically reduced in price for BestBuy plus members. One of the most important uses of this membership is giving one a 60 day window to return items. I think it is worth the money to become a BestBuy plus member.

I lowered my membership to this level because you took away many perks from the Best Buy Total level - particularly free installation and free haul away. That isn't a great way to keep your members happy.

I saved quite a bit on an iPad I bought. Then I received notice of items on sale or discounted. Useful as we keep our electronics up to date. Recommend if you do the same.

With membership, if an item goes on sale within a limited time, you get the difference of the cost back. The store employee entered my item and told me what I would receive back as a credit, but it never got processed on my statement .

I'm really happy that I have this membership customer service is wonderful and i have the convenience of staying at home to get what i need instead of going in the store unless I'm picking up my order
