So as we got the membership. With some of the promos offered to members, this membership basically pays for itself.

They have good management system and you can easily add any new item in your plan.

I haven’t saved anything yet. I bought it to get a discount on a computer that I ended up canceling the order on. The computer got refunded but this didn’t. We will see how it goes.

I was buying a major appliance and immediately got the benefits of my Best Buy Plus membership. It made a difference with the appliance and the extended warranty.

Everything I buy from Best Buy. The quality was really good. We receive on time.

I hate the fact that this even exists, too many places have memberships these days, banking on people not using them and forgetting about them

I haven’t had occasion to use my benefits under this membership programme but expect that it will deliver based on my experiences otherwise with Best Buy

I called geek squad to get help with my laptop the agent could not help told me gave to tak it to the store so i called Apple customer service and got the problem fixed

Since I sign for my Bestbuy plus .I did many purchases but I didn’t got any discount.it should be at least onetime discount on first time purchase .after we sign for it

Unprofessional installater and deliberately Guy first he didn’t show up all day we took day off from work 2 days later he shows up without even opening a box he said this Gas stove is bigger we can do it you have to call somebody who Cut Granite. I call Granite Fabrication guy he said no need to do any modifications and he fixed it coast me 200 extra Waist of time and money

This is a great deal for getting some nice addons. Member pricing is nice, free 2 day shipping is awesome, plus the additional time to return (not that I've needed it, but it's a nice comfort in case I ever do).

The benefits are nice to have. The best thing for me is the extra time i get with a product to see if it works for my family with a great return policy. Also every one is always so polite and helpful.

I am pleased with my membership so far along with the product that I last purchased from the Hawthorne, California store.
