For phones it's 14 days. Lie. Was told they do price match. Want on Amazon and found the same phone at big discount. Was told it doesn't apply because it's not sold by Amazon. What? Are you kidding me? I wasn't told this. Ridiculous. What's the benefit of the membership?

So I signed up for the $49 annual fee and still saved $50. Now I receive exclusive deals being a Best Buy Plus member. If you make a purchase or two on an annual basis, it more than pays for itself.
