Honestly, it would get it again I’m just not the type of person who buys a lot of electronics so it’s not ideal for me. Overall, I would say if you buy a lot of electronics or a lot of stuff from Best Buy get it it’s worth the pay and you’ll get a lot of benefits from it

Horrible experience so far

Like he said it would, the laptop I bought went on sale for $400 less than I paid. It took 1.5 weeks to get customer service to agree I'm owed the money back. They immediately credited my Best Buy card back part of the money and promised a gift card for the rest. 1.5 MONTHS later, I'm still waiting on said gift card. A comedy of errors by "customer support". Also, you can't even call a store anymore! Ridiculous.
