I thought the 15% off Nintendo points would be permanent. Now all the deals are for large appliances and TVs, which I already have. I was hoping for more Nintendo benefits, because that's what I want to buy regularly. Also the benefits only applied online. I want to walk into a Best Buy store and use my membership to buy Switch points at a discount any time.

I purchased three TV's online that all arrived damaged. The installers took them all back the same day. I had to spend over 6 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, over the course of 6 weeks to get my refund/credit. No one seems to care and no one ever called back or did anything proactive to resolve my situation, no one offered any sort of credit for my missed day of work or the 6 hours I spent trying to resolve the issue. I asked many times to speak to a manager and was never able to. Horrible service and horrible experience.
