The game was shipped late so i took it in to return it. Cashier told me Id be refunded my Best Buy $ as well as the cash. Later found out the BB $ were none refundable but i couldve exchanged it for something in the store but it was too late when I found out. The deals youre offered for being a BB Plus Member are pretty terrible too but when they can just take away the perks you earned with no refund then what makes it worth it anyway?

Gives longer return periods back. Cons, have top pay for the same perks You used to get if You purchased enough every year

You can not change that after the fact. They also do not tell you that the credits (coupons) you receive on your purchase amount is only good for 30 days once they send it out.

Also, the My Best Buy Plus disclosure section on www.bestbuy.com/memberships states that your membership renews automatically each year and your chosen card will be charged $49.99, or the then-current price, plus tax, on your yearly renewal date unless you cancel before then. You can manage your subscription at any time by calling (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 or by managing subscriptions on your BestBuy.com account.
The membership is greatly recommended.
