Geek Squad service has been top notch must I say. I was personally helped by the supervisor at my location and he went above and beyond to resolve my concern. SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE! As I read the particulars of the plan, I decided to purchase. The best part of this plan was the 2 day shipping, which I did not get with my purchase. It took a week to get my purchase. There was no explanation, just “we’re sorry”. I will not renew this plan nor will I upgrade. I would not recommend.

Restocking for $50 is too high. 1) It should not be that much. 2) I am unsure why I had to pay the restocking fee because the product was low quality. I returned it not because I didn't like it (in terms of taste), but because the product is not functioning well mechanically. Basically, it was not functioning well and was defective, although it was not broken. In this case, I should not pay the restocking fee. I also had to sign up for membership to return it, which cost over $50. I felt like I was taken advantage of by Best Buy. Now I am rethinking buying a product at Best Buy.

Even without the membership what brings me back to Best Buy is the excellent staff, always there to assist and provide sound asvice!
