Love the extended 60 day return period! I have always purchased the extra geek squad protection, but this extra 60 days is an extra safety net. This has already reduced my stress & anxiety with making decisions and purchases. I've also already eyed some great deals offered to members and will be making a big purchase in the next week from Best Buy!

Membership has its perks and this memberships has a lot of them.

I signed up when buying a laptop for my son for college a year ago. Unfortunately I haven't had a need to use my membership.

Best Buy always have very friendly staff and assist me quickly with all my needs. The price matching is the best part so when considering my next purchase I always go to Best Buy first!!

I'm very happy with the convenience and the benefits of being able to order and delivered with Best buy products, but also with other needs with commerce elsewhere, for instance to be able to order parts for my Braun shaver and put them on my Best buy membership, plus having The geek squad benefits even though I don't use them it's a good to know that I can.

My Best Buy plus offers better discounts than competitors. A gift card was received just for signing up and purchasing an appliance and there is a schedule of discounts in the future.

Most of the specials for the members are not items we want to purchase. I have not found many benefits to justify the annual expense.

Great product I always enjoy my experience at Best Buy!

This membership pays for itself. I purchased a few electronic items this year and saved more than what I paid for membership easily. Its a no-brainer and I'm not sure how I missed it all these years. Add the fact that bestbuy price matches with most retailers, I'm gonna be purchasing most of my electronics stuff from here going forward

Love the discounts and yearly memberships. I do hope that having the Beat Buy Credit Card could make the Plus membership free one day though. Adding these new membership options in a way took away nice privileges from having the Best Credit Card. More perks for Best Buy Credit Card should be added to compensate for the lost privileges after Best Buy added new membership options.

So far, being able to have a warranty for any item upon purchase is a great thing! The window of 60 days is massive, and could help anyone out if any issue arises!

I am glad I signed up for the Total Plan. I got 2years free coverage my ebike. Last year I had the Plus and saved a nice amount of money so I believe I will save even more this year.

Annoyed that I have to pay extra for faster shipping, as I sure to get that based off of just points, but I like the extended return policy.

The membership is a good investment. I haven’t used it too much since I’ve purchased it but it’s a safety net Incase we do need it.
