Best Buy could’ve made an exception but didn’t. Not pleased with management since store personnel said it can by done by a store manager.

I got everything brand new started over. I love them and I will not stop shopping with them. I’ve told all my friends if they need something go there the employees are so nice.

I missed the 10 day (?) return deadline by 2 days and wasn't allowed to receive a full refund for something that someone only had to turn around and place back in the locked cabinet behind the counter. No restocking required or anything. I like purchasing in an actual store but I understand the attraction to online purchases via Amazon, etc.

A couple days later I called 15 minutes before closing time. I was told that I would have for supervisor. Stayed on phone for 45 minutes no one ever came to phone. Called the next day and I was told that the item was no longer available at sales price so they could not give me difference.

A few weeks later I went in for a PS5 controller and I noticed it wasn't on sale for members. The cashier explained that the Best Buy Plus offers other benefits besides the obvious initial price markdown.
