One was a cleanup and reset; the other was a new purchase set up. I need to have another device looked at and possibly my recent purchase of a new 2024 iPad Air setup.

The person helped us pick out our MacBook Air, checked to make sure it was in stock then suggested the office add on and the plus membership. I now have $50 credit to spend and thrilled about that.

My extended return expired just a few days before the issue occurred and Best Buy didn't hassle me. They made everything so easy. I don't know what I would have done had I not purchased the Best Buy plus.

Also if something is wrong with your technology that you had purchased you can get the best help and service with the geek squad. I would recommend it gives you so many benefits.
