That I would have to go to store for help. So like I said before, I don’t know what this membership does.

Every time I’ve needed help with an issue like price adjustment or exchange the agent/sales associate has no power to resolve the issue. Their system is not set up to be flexible or logical.

Exchanges are also very quick, and the staff is usually easily approached or they are offering to help before even being asked. They seem to know the policies available to members and encourage the use of benefits.
