Didn’t get my reward points as promised and if you do you have to spend $250 to redeem $50 and you only have a month so not worth it

The Plus membership was included in a TV purchase, and I got $60 off the purchase, so basically got the membership free. I love the extended return window, and having early access to sales is a huge win as well (especially with Black Friday coming up!). Not sure if I'll renew or not when the year is up, but I most likely will.

Best membership very good and save lots of money with my membership and get good deal what’s on sale and get best deal on all kind of different stuff that I need and use that don’t break my pocket on buying things that I need and help me out to save money

We Purchased a LG 55" TV with Sound Bar with the installation on our wall. The Best Buy crew came in and did an excellant job putting it together. They even set-up the sound bar and TV to work off our original remote, Great Job Best Buy!

I didn’t want to get the member, but I ended up buying it and saving money on my purchases. Must have for college students!

Excellent place to shop for electronics and Washer & dryer.

I have this membership only because they discontinued the wonderful membership that I had for years. This membership does not include a discount for delivery and setup. I have purchased so much from Best Buy since 1989. TV’s were the most constant purchase for all my different family members and myself so this was a major loss for me and as a result, my purchases have gone down 80%. It was my number one store and I really miss shopping here. I used to recommend this membership to everyone I knew, unfortunately no longer.

Ive been a member for a few months now and I can safely it has already paid off. Its perfect for someone like me who collects video games and tends to get the new releases on release day. The random buy 2 get 1 free sales on Switch games are my favorite because its rare you can get that good of a deal on first-party Nintendo games. I recommend it.

The plus membership is necessary for anyone, I literally save beyond so much money and it’s so cheap for a WHOLE YEAR

I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for nearly 30 years. I've always been a rewards member and had an account w/ them too. This program sucks now that they've changed it. It was way better before when it was a rewards & points system regardless of whther you paid cash, credit or had their own credit card. Now it's trash and I've been let down and disappointed with it ever since this new system went into effect

I visited colma store for repair service. I was so impress you have an excellent service representatives. He took care of my lap top problem almost instantly and also showed to me how to correct this problem in the future by myself. What a proffessional staff you have. I am glad I joined membership. BEST BUY SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF EXCELLENT STAFF.

only did it to get lower prices. You hassle people with emails with no unsubscribe or opt out which technically illegal. The installers and sales men at Magnolia were great.
