I’ve saved so much extra on top of the regular savings which other competitors also have. The shipping is also a game changer—extra savings and free shipping easily trumps what others have going on.

Was skeptical of the $49 I spent on this, but....

Every time I’ve needed help with an issue like price adjustment or exchange the agent/sales associate has no power to resolve the issue. Their system is not set up to be flexible or logical.

First and foremost, the company's decision to drop physical media (4K BluRays and the like) has put my visits (virtual and physical) to Best Buy toward non-existent. My last major purchase with Best Buy (a Mac Air Book) might be my last purchase, period.

And I've lost jobs in the past because I refuse to sell people unneeded or unnecessary things like subscriptions. But the my Best buy Plus membership benefits you regardless of if you shop at Best buy three or four times a year or you're in there every week.
