Excellent offer from Best Buy, they promptly refunded $300 of my Laptop purchase from the month before when it went on sale several weeks after, just as they explained such a feature would work. Nice daily offers and discounts through Best Buy Plus too. Recommended.

Far from my experiences realized over several years of Total Tech membership. Too bad the fraud and abuse caused by mostly Best Buy’s commercial customers, i.e. vrbo’s, apartment complexes, etc. drove BB to revamp the entire TT program which has only served to cause a negative impact on us small and honest customers. It’s a long story that only previous TT members understand and this is why the 3-star rating.

This membership has real value on the use of prices, geek squad and so much more. It has come in real handy for my recent major appliance purchases

We bought the membership when we purchased our new refrigerator. With the membership, we were not charged for having two refrigerators moved to different areas when our new refrigerator was delivered. The membership paid for itself and we still receive all of the other benefits.

Having membership @ Best Buy is great for saving on appliances & electronics, you are guaranteed for lots of savings on brand names items that other retailers won’t offer you

I can’t stress enough how important it is to have this membership. 2 months on returns and if something you bought gets cheaper within the time period you can get the difference put back on your card. Plus you get members savings.

I appreciate the peace of mind this offers, knowing I can quickly get ahold of support all while enjoying amazing deals!!

I'm really glad that we have our Best Buy membership now. I particularly like the fact that there's an extended return policy. This gives extra time to make sure that we really like the products we buy. I'm planning on keeping our membership after the first year. Thank you!

Seems to be a nice membership to have. haven't had to use it yet but as soon as I don't have it I would need it.

I think that this is such a wonderful thing to have. When you shop at Best Buy frequently or even when you are getting new computers, iPads, etc. it’s a nice bonus to have.
