You save money on quite a few purchases, free two day shipping and extended return times... all for $50. If you haven't become a member yet, you probably should!

Being a member qualifies me for discounts and we all love a good discount. I actually made purchases that are normally priced higher for less because I am a plus member. Love being a plus member. I order a lot of psn cards and with the membership I save on every single card I purchase! Downside it says most items have 2 day shipping with the membership but most items I've noticed you don't really receive 2 day shipping on. But all in all the membership is still completely worth it!

It provided free merchandise delivery and installation, along with necessary parts. The membership also offers access to repair services from the Geek Squad. The same appreciation goes to the associates and management.

When I made a purchase, I specifically asked the staff if I returned the item (which was a birthday present) if it was not wanted, could I get the promotional reward $$ back as a credit....the answer was YES. That has been incorrect as customer service has been horrendous and not responsive. They have also hung up on me multiple times when an inquiry was made.
