Buying experience was very nice. Salesman was very helpful, actually there were two of them and both were very good.

Not sure I understand what is included but gave me a discount which totaled to fee.

Customer service is great and the Bestbuy personnel that you know will allways help you out when you have questions about items in the store

Membership provided some promotional discount certificates, which is why I signed up. When I made a purchase, I specifically asked the staff if I returned the item (which was a birthday present) if it was not wanted, could I get the promotional reward $$ back as a credit....the answer was YES. That has been incorrect as customer service has been horrendous and not responsive. They have also hung up on me multiple times when an inquiry was made.

The help was very good he was pleasure to work with.

I was able to save even more for my first washer and dryer purchase in 2023 during their Black Friday sale!! I will continue renewing it.

Looks to be a good service, have not used yet, came with laptop purchase. Would have ben nice to be given information on what provides me. Sorry to say my salesperson failed to provide anything but " comes with purchase and did not explain thier is a automatic renewal that I have to cancel if not want a renewal, sad to know there are clerks like that at Best Buy. Look forward to the benefit of this service.

This membership works fine for me. I went to purchase a laptop and the offer was ended. As I had a membership I was able to exchange and do price matching untill 90 days. I brought the laptop and did price matching within a week and got the laptop for better price.

I like this membership since I can get better prices and also extended guarranties for all devices that I purchase

Great membership plan. Get an extended return warranty of 90 days and the amount paid $50 gets back as rewards points. So, essentially, it becomes free. Good deal
