As a windows user I found the transition to the Macbook quite easy. Love the screen colors are great. The speakers are amazing best sound I ever had from a laptop. MS office 365 works as expected with no surprises. Adobe apps also work extremely well. Some of my financial apps have not been converted to native compiled apps but are still usable.

Love the perks & discounts they offer! Highly recommend!

I haven't used the membership much, but I understand that the benefits are going to be a great asset to me.

I did not benefit from this membership. I was told it would be very helpful for me for returning items or buying new ones and accessing deals. I find that Best Buy oversells you and under delivers. I was also lied to about returns in the past which made me get this. I have not felt the prices justified more purchases with this membership and i dont want to be upsold in the store to go ask questions.

Not really sure if my "member prices" are better than the special sales prices I used to get when I wasn't a member. Plus the gift vouchers you get for making large purchases have a very short expiration date, so you end up having to buy quickly or lose them.

This is a great membership for someone that loves electronic and need the extra security when it comes to the repair and extend return time for the electronics.

I gave it three stars because 3 stars is neither good or bad as I do not use it. So far there has been no benefit to me due to my lack of use. I cannot recommend it as I simply do not use it to know whether or not it is of any value. For me it is not worth it.
