||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told by the salesperson and customer service that I would be notified by Best Buy if the price dropped on my recently purchased camera within 60 days of purchase. I just went online and noticed a price drop that I was not notified about. Today is 10/3/25 and I purchased my camera on 9/9/25. This price drop is well within the 60 days. I feel like Best Buy is pushing a product (my BEST BUY plus) with the bait that you will be reimbursed for price drops within 60 days of purchase that they have no intentions of notifying you about. I would never again fall for this and will be cancelling before the 1-year renewal.

Posted .The My Best Buy Plus membership allows up to a 60-day Price Match Guarantee period. You are correct that you won't be contacted for any price drops, although you can certainly reach out for Price Matches to any of our social media profiles for support Facebook (facebook.com/BestBuy), Twitter/X (twitter.com/BestBuySupport), Instagram (instagram.com/BestBuy)

You got to pay into that. However you the more you pay the better the benefit would be. I get subscriptions to help protecting your product. Something’s aren’t needed.
