Never needed or used it, I believe this is more tailored for those who needs constant IT support and is always purchasing with Best Buy, otherwise isa waste of money.

If it was more id be reqlly hard pressed to see the value considering ive never needed geek squad or a protection plan for my eleteonics. I could see older people needing both.
