I'm not sure why Best Buy osnt oishinf this harder and marketing it everywhere... Its great, the deals are actually cheaper than competitors, not just inflated price that look like deals. The extended price match oeriod is actually as simple as they said, no hoops to jump through, just gave me a credit on the spot. Great program.

This saved me 328 dollars to remind me of a price match I paid for my laptop

Was blatently lied to by employee for me to pay extra to join membership. I bought a new $1500 cell phone and was told that if i joined that id be recieving between $50-75 in gift cards off that purchase (which would pay for the membership and then some). I have recieved a $5 off voucher. Total scam.

Good on returns. As to service, works if you can get someone in the store to make the proper arrangements. Techs are good, but getting them to the house is difficult.

The membership was a good deal especially because it saved me money on my first purchase after signing up. It also gives me a greater sense of comfort knowing I can make a purchase and have a 60 day return/exchange window to be fully satisfied with my purchase!!

Was forced to get this to return an item over 15 days. What used to be a regular return window is now locked behind a membership. America is devolving bi by bit with each instance of corporate gluttony. Its not going to happen in one momentus step, it will happen through these small concessions untill we look around and realize we're wading throug a cesspool.

The printer was in the office space at my home and I used it for printing, scanning and copying documents. All features worked well until I had used the printer for about 3 months at which time, the paper feed mechanism stopped working. A sheet of paper would be pulled in and then would jam making the printer unusable. To the point that I had to buy a new printer.

The service was above and beyond from the greeting at the to the service in store was easy and quick. Recommend Best Buy to everyone I know that are looking for quality services and a variety of products. Thanks Best Buy for your help and easiest concern for their customers.

It’s decent one time value but where it really shines is the buy two get one free switch game deal. Not sure how long it’ll last though. Also 60 day returns is fantastic.

So far so good. I haven't had time to read the instruction booklet but it shouldn't be too difficult.

I recommend visiting the place as the staff are very helpful and friendly.
