The My Best Buy Plus Membership is wonderful. The only thing I did not like was that Best Buy created a second account for me and have been trying to merge both to no avail.

I purchased my new laptop at the store and the store associate that sold me the laptop, recommended I buy their membership due to the perks I get with it. Somehow, purchasing this membership also saved me a bit of money with the current purchase than without buying it. So it was a no brainer.

I shop for pcs and parts all the time so this is a pretty good deal as I get 10% back and which essentially means I’m shopping with a 10% discount :)

My membership is new but I’m excited to have it. I feel very secure. I mentioned to one of my customers (I’m also his customer) that I was thinking of buying a Mac and he said I should definitely buy from them. Especially since I have the membership. It’s reassuring to me that Best Buy’s employees believe in the product.

It used to come with free installation but I think that went away. Hoping to return an item as represented by the personnel.

it has been good so far. Haven't used it much yet.

We live overseas and made our purchases while visiting in the states. That being said, we dont really use the membership as many items we would be interested in cannot be shipped to us. I am sure if it were more convenient we would use it more often?
