Great offers that seem almost to good to be true. But they are real deep discount offers. Snoozed on one I should have bought. Sure enough the next day it was back at regular price and significantly higher. great way to save if you buy electronics online.

This membership is something I had thought about purchasing before this purchase but wasn’t in a good position to made the purchase. Yet, I see the value in having the membership.

I was told by the salesman when I purchase A16 Ipad cellular that if I signed up and paid $49.99. They would issue a credit to my credit card for $70 so there was no downside. I don't see the credit yet so now I'm wondering if the salesman was correct or that I misunderstood him. Not really sure if the program has value but it as stated it wasn't suppose to cost me anything so worth a try.

Some of the exclusive deals are great. Extended return periods and other benefits give me the flexibility I’m looking for. What I don’t love is the switch to “Drops”. Having active deals is much better than having access to a random rotating selection of items that don’t reach the level of exclusivity you’d expect for being part of “Drops”. Usually, the prices aren’t even that low for these items so I fail to see the benefit of the Drops system.

Couple of months on this Membership, from the savings of the 2 purchases I've made so far, it has paid for itself and then some already. Not a bad deal.

Well worth it, the Geek Squad will get any of your needs taken care of.

Utilized BB Plus to get sizable discount and actually used the extended return window of 60 days for an appliance that wasn't working to our satisfaction. Wouldn't have save $$ or had the opportunity to return something near the 60 day timeframe without the BB Plus.

Items orders delayed after being told they would be in a time. Reviews online say this is common here.
