Membership is great, love the fact it gives you extra time to return the product if you find that it’s not as expected and also gives more time for if it’s becomes available at a lower price for Best-Buy to honor the lower price. Good value for the money

Worth the membership for the convenience & service plans

Good setup of my new laptop ... answered my questions. Transferred data from my old laptop.

The guy at the electronics department was great. His many years with Bestbuy has filled him with so much helpful knowledge. He went above and beyond to help me buy my tv, once Bestbuy increases my spending limit I will be going back for the surround sound.

Really did not want to get this but with the features I get now I would say it is worth it.

There is no point in purchasing this gimmick. What does it offer? Free 2 day shipping? They already offer that to every customer that makes a $35 purchase. What item from best buy are you buying thats not over $35!? Access to sales? On what... stuff that no one else buys? Nothing that is new and trending at least. Return window is extended. Not exciting either. If a product fails beyond the manufactures warranty they send out their "geek squad" to repair your problem... do your research before purchase!

I purchased a phone 4 my brother for 450.00. I was told transferring of his info was no charge. When he came and had thatcdone he was charged 39.99. I had 2 later go speak 2 a manager to get it refunded

We were able to exchange a new computer for a different model that went on sale after we purchased it.

This was by far the worst installation service I’ve had. I ordered the washer with the new drain hose kit. When they can to install, they said I needed a new drain hose for the air gap because the drain line was clogged. I ordered new drain lines with the dishwasher so why am I paying for more drain lines... They wanted to charge $100 extra for this $5 hose. I opted to install a new one myself. They said they would come back to finish install after I replaced the hose. After I did that they came back and said I have to get a new air gap which was completely functional but they refused to install. They wanted another $120 for that so I denied that and installed a new one myself for $15. Then several weeks after my initial order they came back and finished the install. Also when they left the first time they didn’t tighten the cap on the water line so my sink was leaking into my cabinets for 5 days. Very disappointed in the service. All the additional “add on” items during the install is not disclosed and is a complete scam.

Membership is worth the price... especially if problems with computer. Problems corrected in only two days!

I’m glad I got this membership. Before I get it I was contemplating if the cost is worth but just in 2-3 purchases I realized it is saving even more than membership cost!
