Membership was a real money saver after our power was out for several days in very cold weather. We could not get either computer to work when power was restored. Computers went to Best Buy guys who were able to restore them to working condition over several days, and there was no charge.

have not really used this membership yet, but i am anticipating buying a laptop soon, so i plan to use this all the time.

I purchased a phone 4 my brother for 450.00. I was told transferring of his info was no charge. When he came and had thatcdone he was charged 39.99. I had 2 later go speak 2 a manager to get it refunded

I havent gotten an opportunity to use the membership butnim sure.thatnwhen i do it will be excellent. All the sales and service personel is always wonderful to deal with.

The Best Buy is helpful. I like it a lot and help me much specially, with a point I use the Best Buy a card everywhere and they send me point I told to my sisters, my friend they open a Best Buy Visa card and they love it much much. They use it everywhere.

I do not think I need the membership but was added to my purchase anyway. I will decline the renewal after one year
