It's great to know that I have peace of mind with the plus membership :)

Membership was great at the beginning but now the deals I find not as appealing or relevant. I mainly used the discounts on switch games and such but they have removed that. I also built a PC recently but did not find many things that would help me build on sale with this membership. I hope they improve the deals in order to convince me to keep this for another year once it expires.

This is deceptive. It says there’s exclusive deals but everything seems to be the same stuff over and over, just rotating the selection. This stuff seems like the items that they would normally put on sale anyway. It just seems like they chose certain items and put them on sale for members only but it’s about the same discount as if it were to go on sale for nonmembers. I bought this to get the 10% off of collectibles, including a LEGO Sets and trading game cards. So Best Buy decided to keep their shelves bare where the 10% off Toys would be their limited they decided to put most of these items that be considered toys would be. It seems like you have to order everything if you want to use this subscription. The biggest issue that I have is that you cannot get any discounts on any items that go on sale. So you only get 10% off of four priced items which is pretty crappy. The sale items are extremely limited and it’s usually one item per each area of the store and they’re always items that they have overstock of. Seems to be a complete waste of money right now. So far I have saved zero dollars after today I will save $9.50 and I’ve had this since May 2023. So, at this rate, I will almost get my money back if I spend the same amount and buy the items that I want instead of items that are on sale for members only. Total waste I would never recommend this to anyone.

I just had 3 purchases delivered and installed and the techs were professional, communicative, and did an amazing job. Ivan with appliances was the best and even returned on his own to fix a little item i needed done. Highly recommend BestBuy and this service!

Truly nothing negative, but no apparent benefit experienced since original purchase which led to becoming a member.

We’ve had a negative experience purchasing our washer dryer. The incorrect stacking kit arrived on install day. This created a plethora of other inconveniences. For all of them, I was promised a $150 store credit. I have received no such thing so yet again, another thing I have to track down. Best Buy can make this right by giving me the $300 store credit I originally asked for.

Excellent store buy my PC and it is excellent good price good attention.

I can’t wait to use this to buy anything. I can’t wait to use it if the Xbox goes on sale

Im not sure if this membership is worth it. Buy it if youre already getting something that the membership gets you a discount on.

I have greatly enjoyed this membership and its perks. As a new homeowner, it has been since to have. Best Buy has been very easy to work with and has great products.

The membership works just as it claims. I found a better price for my fridge at Best Buy when it went on sale and they honored it and credited by card.

This membership gives me more than I expected it. Let me do things that I wouldn’t expect and give me these rewards. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

This membership has been real valuable with the newer devices that we have purchased and make us be able not to worry about problems that might arise without notice.

If I could give this a negative in stars I would I feel I was preasured into paying for something that should go with the purchase of the product. I probably will not purchase anything else from Best buy again do to whatever this was suppose to do for me. $50. lost in my book. I do not feel like this is a good company any longer.

We get all of our electronics at Best Buy and appliances as well. It’s nice knowing we are always protected from a great Group of Geek Squads.

I signed up for this to give me "peace of mind" on future purchases and also because of the actual deal you get and it allows you to breathe much easier knowing you're covered. The Plus membership is a great deal and I recommend it to those who are unsure.
