Best Buy plus is helpful for when technology doesnt work. As well getting the best deals and if price drops on an item you bought you can return to the store and they’ll pay you that difference. I would recommend getting the My Best Buy Plus membership. 10/10

This has legit saved me so many times on products I thought I was going to love, but it was really hard for me to make time to go back to the store within 30 days! I joined the plus membership because i enjoy exclusive pricing and sixty day returns. I think Bestbuy has a well laid out business plan of which these memberships play a key role in setting a big customer base. It is a good membership to have because the perks outweigh the fees hands down

The savings is well worth the membership fee. The only downfall is that I'm spending more money!!!! The key to shopping at BestBuy is to check online daily (like the stock market) for new discounts and sales and then buy, buy, buy when the price plunges!

I purchased the membership with my Xbox in September. At the time there was a discount on the Xbox with purchase. Good thing I did! Allowed me to take advantage of the Black Friday deal less then a month later, I saved over $150 on the purchase. Well payed for the membership !!

I had one of my worst experiences with best buy! Purchased a very expensive tv with setup. On more than one occasion the delivery window on the day of delivery would be given frim 7am to 7pm and then canceled! We had to go down to the store and the assistant actually made the situation worse by getting the address for the delivery wrong! We had to go back for another time and the person helping was extremely rude about the situation, terrible!! Never buying from Best Buy.

The Protection plan really gives me a peace of mind, specially when buying an expensive product. I am happy with the choice.

Membership allowed me to get the Black Friday price on a laptop computer even though I purchased it a week prior. Well worth the membership.

I have Best Buy Plus, it is one of the best options. I really love Best Buy Plus. The staff is very nice and they serve you well when you go shopping.

I am unsure of how this is paying off as of yet. They state just contact them for price comparison and you kind of get the run around. You do not save any extra on things like installs. Really doesn't do much.

It's OK, but short sighted of Best Buy to abolish the prior rewards tiers and now have to pay for it. If it wasn't for the $0.01 additional for the membership that re-writing the order messed it up on both the Best Buy and Citi Bank side. Time will tell if I renew, but about only benefit was the return of the extended time to return that I enjoyed with the prior program as I definitely don't need Tech support, being a tech troubleshooter for friends and family.
