I recently made a purchase at Best Buy in Kissimmee, Florida, and during the checkout process I was offered a membership. I was told I could cancel it at any time without any problem. However, I do not live in the United States — I am a resident of Brazil. Since returning to my country, I have been trying to cancel this membership by email and phone, but so far I have not been able to complete the cancellation. As I do not live in the U.S. and will not be able to use the service, I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my membership and confirmation of the termination. Thank you for your assistance.

If you shop at Best Buy even occasionally, it’s worth it to get the paid membership. I bought an air purifier that was discounted for only paid members by the same amount that the membership cost, making the membership essentially free for me.

I would give zero if possible. Bought frig from outlet, Their delivery people lost it twice. Plus membership did nothing to make it right. Proper business would have offered same frig from regular warehouse for same price and included delivery to compensate for their error. No, they did offer to waive delivery fee, but wanted us to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to find it and reset delivery. No thank you! Got my money back and shopping elsewhere.

Are utilize my membership for a price match on a TV. Best Buy had no problem matching the price later advertised.

We enjoins using our Best Buy Membership. It offers great value the geek squad does a great job at a good price!

It's OK if you happen to need something they have on sale, but other than that, I see no real advantage to it.

I think the additional 60 days of price matching is worth the membership. I've gotten back almost a $1000 refunded to me.
