I like having a membership it's a great great deal for anyone who purchases a lot of things at Best buy awesome.

I could get a good discount of 50 dolars on my new iPhone and the case, also another discount on a cable, so it has been great

I bought this membership and it saved me a great deal of money on products that I bought...You can also log in to Best Buy and see what products are going to be on sale with the membership... I recommend this and other memberships that Best buy has to offer...

I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership because the cost was equal to the dollar savings on my MacBook Air, and I had nothing to lose! The best part? My return period is doubled to 60 days, and if there’s a price drop in that timeframe, I’m refunded the difference!

This membership seems to be useless in terms of customer service. 3 missed install appointments without any communication. Store made an error with the delivery order and after numerous calls , haven't heard from anyone to correct the issue even though I was told someone would call me. This includes leadership. Worst customer experience ever.

This membership was a great value, allows me to get great deals on items I need to purchase

Love the fact that if you buy the product today and you see it cheaper next week, you can just bring your receipt back to get the difference.

Customer service was alright took about 20 min to get help but help was provided so can’t complain.

Two months ago this would have been a five star but they have continued to strip benefits from it that made it worth having. In no time both the b2g1f switch game and 15% off game cards benefits have disappeared and the discount on Lego sets means nothing when they are marked up from msrp

Not much saving overall, maybe you should give customer more reward points if they are plus members

For the price, the value of the My Best Buy Plus™ membership is just about right. The free shipping is convenient, and the 2-year extended warranty provides a lot of peace of mind. great service at store. when i had trouble with some of my order. they worked with me to fix the problem. it took some time but they stuck with me through it all. i will continue my shopping with best buy.

Was a little hesitant to sign up but the exclusive deals I have access to as a member seem to be worth it.
